Mr. Capalot was the other name for the Chicago Illinois rapper Polo Capalot. The popularity of his music grew when that he uploaded tracks to YouTube. The first tracks he released were, such as Never Cared as well as The Come Up. Following that, he launched on SoundCloud by releasing the mixtape called Official POLO.G Sound Cloud. Gang With Me, his debut single, quickly followed by the smash hit track Finer things. In prison, he wrote Finer Things.
